Industrial revolution
By producing value-added products through highly advanced utilisation of local resources, C. S. Nadagouda wanted to ensure the convenience of living in villages and help minimise migration to big cities. When it came to introducing industry, he saw the region's resources as being divided into two categories: those that are tangible, like the region's agricultural resources, and those that are intangible, like the climate, scenery, folk art, and history. He saw this accomplished by providing all the facilities and infrastructure that are required, as well as resources and opportunities for livelihood in rural areas
The development effort in the area of the Industrial Revolution is as follows:
Designed and built in Muddebihal, Shri Balaji Sugars and Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. now employs over 3,000 direct workers and encourages farmers to plant sugar cane rather than moving to other cities in quest of employment.
Development works in Constituency:
1. UGD of Muddebihal Talikoti Town implemented.
2. Under NABARD assistance 4 Major P.W.D Road works were taken up and asphalting, repair works at an estimated cost of Rs. 5.00 crores were taken up.
3. Implemented the construction of Talikoti KSRTC Depot at an estimated cost of Rs. 1.30Cr in year (2001-2002).
4. Scarcity Relief Works were taken up and recognized has one of the best implemented projects among the taluks of Karnataka State.
5. Under Rajiv Gandhi Mission, Drinking Water Supply to Nalatwada Village was taken and successfully implemented.
6. PSI, CPI Office and Quarters has been constructed.
7. Fire fighter station in Muddebihal and Talikoti. have been established.
8. Court building is constructed in Muddebihal. Which is one of the kinds in the state.
9. Mini Vidhan Souda was constructed in Muddebihal.
10. Ambedkar Bhavan Constructed in Muddebihal.
11. Talikoti was announced as Taluka by our govt in year 2016-2017.
12. RO filters were erected in all Villages and Towns of Muddebihal in the year (2013-2018).
13. 380 Housing Board houses were construction in 2002-2004, in Muddebihal and Talikoti.
Community Halls were construction in all rehabilitation centres of Muddebihal and basic amenities were provided Villages and Towns.
KEB Power Stations
1. Muddebihal KEB Stations AEE office upgradation.
2. Talikoti new 210 grid and KEB AEE new office was established in the year 2015.
3. Hiremural 110 KV Station, Tangadagi 110 KV Station, Hullur 110 KV Station, Dhavalagi 110 KV Station.
4. Muddebihal new power lines was taken up under APRDP.
5. Solar Plants near kolur-Yaragal Village.
